This guy was not very clean and lady Victoria did not want to associate with such a person. She wanted him to change and she had to make sure that he did. That is why she went out of her way to have him lick her feet as well as her smelly socks. He had to smell her socks in addition to doing other crazy things in order for him to learn to be clean.
Lady Victoria wanted her socks to be sniffed and she used that as punishment for her slave trying to give her the silent treatment. She was not happy with him and she made sure that he learned his lesson the hard way. He never messed with her again after what she did to him. The mistress also told him that she had more in case he did not make the necessary adjustments.
Lady Victoria did not care what her slave felt. All she wanted was to dominate and to humiliate him which she did without thinking twice about it. She is a naturally sadistic person and she has fun when she makes other people feel humiliated and degraded. That is why the mistress had the guy lick and smell her socks and she choked him with them a little bit. He never forgot it.
