This guy was a bully in school and this mistress did not like it. She felt that the guy had to change and stop being a bully as he made other people miserable. To make sure he understood that she was serious, the mistress had the guy lick her socks as well as sniff them after she came from the gym. They were smelly and that nearly choked him as he did it.
